All orders must be from a physician/ healthcare provider before any laboratory tests are done. This is to ensure accuracy of the tests ordered and consent from you for the test conducted. Your physician / healthcare provider will use our L&L Diagnostics requisition (order form) to place the orders.

This is depending on the type of blood test your doctor will be ordering. Please contact your physician if fasting (no eating or drinking) is required a day prior to visiting the office.
